actin, actin, actin

here is a nice review on actin role at the plasma membrane. For those of you who are not familiar with this protein and what it can do at the plasma membrane, I strongly recommend reading this review. Even if you don't read it, keep it in mind because it is a good source of definitions such as lamellipodia and lamella. you never know the day you will need to find out that these are two different structures...sometimes.
